Win32.SdBot.aad (false threat?)

Hi,
after the last definitions update and a complete scanning, Spybot has detected two threats:

Win32.SdBot.aad

[...]SecurityCenterUpdates!=W=0
[...]FirewallDisableNotify!=W=0

If I remove them, I reboot my pc and I do a new scan, they come back.
I'd would like to know if they're false threats 'cause I've manually disabled Windows Firewall and Updates (I've another firewall running on my computer and I've disabled Windows Updates after the XPsp2 and critical patches).
