Troj/Rustok-N

Recently I've noticed a few sites I go to have been giving me the following message:

Your computer (IP) generates an attacking DOS requests at our servers caused by the spyware/virus named 'Troj/Rustok-N'

My anti-spyware usually finds a Trojan, deletes it, but then its back.
