Win32.joleee.k

When running spybot I've been getting a hit for win32.joleee.k, along with a disabled security center. I've tried the fix through spybot but somehow it's getting around it. I've gone in and manually tried the fix through the regedit, but again once you restart it comes back on. I've run AVG several times with no hits along with win. Defender also no hits. Any help would be appreciated, can post log if needed.
