This is strange behavior indeed ,it doesnt appear straight away but usualy after an hour or two, theres a few things that start to happen. First the start orb cant be clicked and if it can then not everything is shown and not everything can be clicked to open.
Sometimes if opening a file folder it either will show just some of the contents or none and a black and white background.
The most noteable thing is the taskbar which you can see in my screenshot below :

Please can anyone help, I tried posting about this last week but got no replies!
