Troj/Rustok-N

Some websites are telling me I am infected with Troj/Rustok-N. If I have Ad-Aware remove it, I lose my internet connection. I see other people have posted about this but I figure every system is different so I am posting as well.

I removed it with Ad-Aware but I lose my internet connection and I have to use System Restore to put the infection back so I can get online. Used Super AntiSpyware and the same thing happens.
