Google Redirect, Spybot Failure

My parents own a store, and they use me as tech support, but alas, I've met my maker. The known symptoms are as follows: First thing I noticed was that google (as well as other search engines) will show standard results, but redirect to bogus sites. Also, I've been forced to use a proxy to access even this site. I get "The page cannot be displayed" error. Upon discovery I suspected minor malware, so I attempted to run Spybot SD. The program itself would not execute. At that time, I uninstalled it completely, and reinstalled it, suspecting software deteriation. The program would not update like it normally does, during installation, so I skipped the update, and installed. It would not execute, although the tea timer is working (which has been a bit of a help). After that I noticed that I couldn't update AVG either. At first I thought it was a network problem, excepting the fact that I still have access to the internet, local computers can print through, and transfer files between this machine. After that I decided to run HJT, and do a little research. Through the use of google, and hijackthis.de/en I examined the log, and fixed a few things that looked very malicious (ex: svchost.exe running from windows/system32/drivers) I have both logs, both pre and post fix, I'm going to post the latter, but hopefully I don't have to resort to nuking the site, and reinstalling. Please download Random's System Information Tool by random/random from here (http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe) and save it to your desktop.
Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
Once it has finished, two logs will open:

log.txt will be opened maximized.
info.txt will be opened minimized.

Many apologies, it might be a bit before my next reply. The second computer(the one without the problems that I posted from before) seems to be having problems as well. It appears that my parents need to be forced to use analog EVERYTHING as they can't seem to operate a computer safely. I'm currently waiting for the parts for a new machine(they were gonna buy one anyway, it was just lucky timing =p) and once I get it up and running I can continue the diagnosis, I'll try using a thumb drive to transfer .exe and logs as you request but it'll be delayed. Sorry for any inconvenience
