View Full Version : TeaTimer.exe and TeaTimer_original.exe
In the main map there are 2 TeaTimers : TeaTimer.exe and TeaTimer_original.exe. When I start TeaTimer I use TeaTimer.exe. Is that the right one, and what is the difference ?

You must have used reshacker to fix teatimer?Reshacker creates teatimer_original.exe in the Spybot folder,as a backup.
See stevek's post here:

I did do the ElPiedra reshacker fix to correct the graphic bug in the teatimer popup.
As I was doing the change, I remembered that I forgot to make a backup of teatimer before doing the fix.
I just read the Reshacker help manual:
"Modifying (replacing) resources:
Firstly, a warning or two:
If the user intends to modify resources, make sure the original file is backed up first. Then, thoroughly test the 'new' file. To facilitate this, whenever a file is modified and saved, Resource Hacker™ will now automatically make a backup copy of the original file (eg: Explorer_original.exe) before saving the modified file."
Teatimer.exe is the right one to use.
Ah stupid me  Yes, I used reshacker to fix teatimer. But thank you for your answer :)

You're welcome. :)
I didn't know what teatimer_orginal.exe was at first,either.
