Help with 'Troj/Rustok-N' please!

Hello there! I seem to have contracted this malware that prevents me from viewing certain websites. I get this error:

"Your computer (*IP Removed*) generates an attacking DOS requests at our servers caused by the spyware/virus named 'Troj/Rustok-N'

We cannot provide you with an access to our content for browsing purposes as it will lead to the inevitable crush of our website.

We strongly recommend you to run your antivirus edition and, if necessary, check it for the latest updates available."

Any help I receive on this would be greatly appreciated!

Once I switched from one wireless internet to another, the error message went away. This leads me to believe that its the internet router that's having the problem, and not my computer. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the router, so there's really nothing I can do!
