Command Service Problem (HJT LOG INCLUDED!)

I ran Spybot and it came up with a few viruses but they all deleted but one called command service...

Hi

Go to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis folder and rename HijackThis.exe file there to something.exe. Post a fresh hjt log after renaming is done.
