MyWay.MyWebSearch - spybot scan result

When I "Check for Problems" ., Spybot identifies this as a threat. At the end of the scan I select "Fix Problem" and shortly afterwards Spybot returns with the "Problem Fixed" message.

Thing is, that if I scan again (immediately), the same problem is identified. Semms to me that either Spybot is not fixing the problem or it re-invents itself instantly.

Can anyone tell me (in very simple terms) how to get rid of this, or should I be concerned at all - is it really harmless?
