Error Installing Spybot160

I just tried to install Spybot160 on my pc (Vista 64 Ultimate and it went through to the last screen and I got this error:

Unable to Execute file:

C:\Program Files(x86)\Spybot - Search & Destroy\SDWinSec.exe


Createprocess failed code 740.
The requested operation requires elevation


How do I fix this so it installs 100% and does the registry backup ect.

Now I just tried to do Registry backup and it starts then I get a popup that says " Out of memory".

I hit Ok and it now says Not Responding.

Help please.

In Vista you must elevate the administrator rights in order to install the Spybot-S&D Security Center integration (SDWinSec.exe) which adds Spybot to the Windows Security Center.

Instead of double clicking on the installation program (spybotsd160.exe), right click on it and select "Run as administrator" from the context menu.

Have you run Spybot 1.6 setup as Administrator (Right click on Spybot setup > Run as Administrator) ?

About "Out of memory" error, try to close programs which are not required for now.
