ZLob.DNSChanger won't go away

Hi,

When I run Spybot I keep seeing an entry for Zlob.DNSChanger. I've removed it several times and restarted, but it keeps coming back. It is preventing programs (Windows Defender, AVG, Spybot) from updating. In addition, every web page that I go to displays ads for Vimax! I've pasted my HJT log below. Thanks for the help.

Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix, link (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic114351.html)
Remember to re-enable them afterwards.


Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue scanning for malware.


When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.
