I know this has been gone over before, but I couldn't find what to do if you can't access the site. I have Winows Vista Home Edition and have had no problems with my Spybot until 3 days ago. I tried to update and got a message saying it couldn't download the files. I also can't immunize.I know my firewall is set to accept Spybot and I have run a scan with no problems found. Also ran McCafee with no problems found, same with Windows Defender. I ran MalwareBytes and that din't find anything either.

Could it be a simple thing I need to tweak in Spybots settings or am I infected? When I try to go to the Spybot Website, it times me out and says the site is not responding. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can you access this site (Spybot)?

What browsers are you using to connect to the site?

For updating: Have you chose a different mirror update server?
For Immunize: Click the Immunize tab (Shield) and click on the Immunize button (tab)?

You can always download the latest updates manually, but if you cannot access the site itself, it might be a problem. Thing is even if you scan now, it won't be so effective because it is lacking the latest updates.
