What does the settings / settings / display compatibility warnings do? Warn against / etc.?

In Advanced Mode, it just basically prompts you that AdAware is installed and that AdAware may find threats in Spybot's folders. However, it just means that whatever AdAware finds in Spybot is safe (Spybot is not a threat, AdAware is may be detecting threats in Quarantine).
To sum it up in simpler terms, if you have AdAware you may receive this prompt. If you do not have it installed you will not receive the "warning".
