Good day, Running windows XP, very limited internet access, helpful sites are blocked? Safe mode and restore unable to help. Windows hangs once the desktop is populated, only non-admin users seems able to function. attempted to download spybot, when it starts to download, an error message pops up..."not allowed". Any help would be appreciated....
Was able to run hijackthis off a cd....antivirus 360 web site popups too.
