What kind of wait time should I expect?

So i posted about trying to get some help getting some Malware removed from my computer. I was wondering about how long it takes to get some assistance. I "read the before you post" thread it didn't say that i really had to say anything other than post my hijack log so i didn't want to put more on there then was needed. I also realalize that I didn't spell the actual malware name correctly, I hope that wouldn't make it so my thread would get skipped.

Hope that I can get some help from your team here at Spybot S&D.
