Probably more than just Virtumonde

Apparently this just recently picked this problem both of my computers after returning home from college. I've tried to work out the issues but it seems to only get worse.

I've ran Spybot S&D and Malware software that you guys recommended for removal. But once I rebooted the computer like I was told to do, I couldn't do anything other than booting up into safe mode. I had a hard time trying to access my outlook to get my e-mail to activate my account; but I was lucky. Currently at the moment, I'm unable on my desktop to access the internet via Firefox. I also cannot open the Malware removal software.

I hope that is all that you guys need, please help me out.

Hi

Pretty badly infected machine you have there :sick:


Disable Spybot's TeaTimer to make sure it won't interfere with fixes. You can re-enable it when you're clean again:
Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode
If it is not already set to do this, go to the Mode menu
select
Advanced Mode

On the left hand side, click on Tools
Then click on the Resident icon in the list
Uncheck
Resident TeaTimer
and OK any prompts.
Restart your computer

Download ResetTeaTimer.bat to the Desktop (right click the link and select save)

Double click ResetTeaTimer.bat to remove all entries set by TeaTimer (and preventing TeaTimer to restore them upon reactivation).

Remember to re-enable them afterwards.


Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue scanning for malware.


When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.
