Germany to spy on us all?

Are you guys aware of the new German law, that will allow police force to place trojan horses and what ever more on people's systems, under the pretext of fighting terrorism?

It seems that Germany government won't do it only within Germany, but also outside Germany. Meaning that everyone will be spied.

As far as I understand, they would need a court warrant for that, but in some cases they won't need it.

The questions are:

Are the other countries, specially those within European Union, fine with it?

How will security vendors deal with it? How will Spybot protect us?

Will security vendors close their eyes to this matter?

What do you guys think of it?

sounds like its still in the planning stages and may or may not become a reality- from what i have read.

should it become a reality there will be workarounds and apps that will appear virtually overnight.

what do i think about it: state sanctioned malware, ripe for abuse.
