Virtumonde and slow internet

The past couple of days my system has been very slow when doing anything, especially when opening firefox. A couple of days ago I was using internet explorer and this came about.
My download speed is also extremely slow, im downloading at about 30kb/sec on a 10mb connection where I usually download at around 900kb/sec-1mb/sec.

I have ran a few scans with spybot and tried to fix the files but it keeps coming back, any help would be appreciated.

Be aware that a slow internet connection may be an issues with your provider.

I am not seeing malware in the HJT log? If you have not resolved these issues and still have problems, post a fresh HJT log since it has been five days, and I will take a look. Make sure you read and follow the directions and post symptoms and any comments you think will help. If you get any error messages, post those word for word.
