Just came back from vacation to find a real mess on my PC. I have run AdAware, SpyBot, Ewido, and ran a check at TrendMicro. I'm rather sure I have eliminated SpyFalcon and SpywareQuake but my browser is still being directed to www.securitybulletin.net. Here is my HijackThis Log. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

6. A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt ... Post the contents of the C:\rapport.txt file in your next post here... + a new hijackthis log.

process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Hi

Looks good

Are your problems resolved ?

You have a lot of entries with (file missing)

This is the only malware entry, which you can remove with hijackthis :-

O20 - Winlogon Notify: winjjq32 - winjjq32.dll (file missing)

Run hijackthis & check this entry and click "fix checked"

---
O3 - Toolbar: Norton AntiVirus - {42CDD1BF-3FFB-4238-8AD1-7859DF00B1D6} - C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\NavShExt.dll (file missing)

This is used for supporting shell context menu.

You should be able to find this file on your Norton CD ... put it in this folder C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus

You may need to re-register the dll... Go to Start > run > copy and paste

regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\NavShExt.dll"

and click OK

---
I've no idea what this is or whether you want to replace it...

O3 - Toolbar: OneWebHosting - {E605F1AA-EFEC-43CB-9573-56BB2757FB73} - C:\PROGRA~1\ONEWEB~1\ONEWEB~1.DLL (file missing)

It looks like you need to re-install java, but sometimes the (file missing) in the O9 entries is wrong...

O20 - Winlogon Notify: WRNotifier - WRLogonNTF.dll (file missing)

WRLogonNTF.dll is a module which belongs to the WebRoot SpySweeper

I don't see SpySweeper installed, in which case you can "fix" this entry with hijackthis...

cheers
