Problems with Virtumonde

I seem to have contracted Virtumonde and Spybot is having difficulties removing it. Here's the HJT log from the scan of my computer

* Ensure you have disabled all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad
