CA Spyware scan keeps finding a file called KoolyNoody. I tell it to remove it and it finds it again in a couple days. Time Warner tech support it cause I have Search & Destroy installed and they can not help me get rid of it since SD is causing it.

This is not Spybot-Search&Destroy's problem, because CA is falsely detecting it as a threat. Apparently, your CA is detecting a registry entry correct? This is coming from Spybot's Immunization. There is nothing to worry about.
