My windows update doesn't work and gives the error above. I used this (http://www.vistaheads.com/forums/microsoft-public-windowsupdate/315712-error-code-windowsupdate_80244019-a.html)set of instructions to try and resolve the issue, but have failed. I have scanned using spybot, avast, and windows defender under safe mode and at boot. Cleared cookies, temp, etc. I have attached my hijackthis log. Thanks for your help.
