I am a computer newbie and I recently downloaded Spybot. I ran the program and it came up with some malware/trojan programs that I can't seem to get rid of.

Virtumonde.sci
Virtumonde
Virtumonde.generic
Win32.Jolee.K

Can anyone help me remove these. I will need someone patient and willing to go over things step by step. Thank you.
