Virtumonde, SmitFraud, etc

First let me say preemptively, thank you so much to whomever gets around to helping me with this. You people seem to do fantastic work, so if you can help me on this one, I will be well and truly indebted to you.

Spybot is catching what looks like multiple instances of Virtumonde, with at least one instance of Smitfraud, obviously it's not getting rid of them on it's own. I use Symantec as my default antivirus, and also have adaware.

I also get the alert that people are getting part way through the scan asking me to reboot before the scan is done, I have done both, with the same results seemingly.

When the infected computer in question is a company machine in the workplace, and you are an employee.

The intention of this forum is not to replace a company's IT department, nor can we anticipate alterations or configurations that may have been made to a business machine, or how it will interact with the tools commonly used in the removal of malware.
