Help with Virtumonde attack

Hi. I need help.
I've been attacked by Virtumonde and cannot get rid of it.
I've run Spybot, Ad-Aware and AVG all in safe-mode, yet this darn thing keeps coming back.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
