My computer which I have had for years without a problem finaly got its first major virus. and what a doozy it is. Virtumond on my first go. I'v done more spybot and avast scans than i can remember. Im running zone alarm.

Please help. Due to poor planing, I dont have a coppy of windows XP, otherwise I would have reformatted, so thats not an option. I did my first reboot in 22hrs and I didnt have any desktop icons or a toolbar, so I restarted explorer.exe and now it works. I think I have virtumond.dll.
