You mean Spybot found a cookie that you needed? You can always right-click the cookie at the end of the scan and click "Exclude from future scans".
As part of the immunization, it might be a bit more complicated. First, undo the immunization, then search the "Ignore Products" for the company name of the cookie company (Cookies tab). When you add it to that Ignore List, the immunization should skip that cookie when re-immunizing.
