Need Help. Can't launch Spybot or visit certain sites.

Just yesterday morning, I couldn't launch Spybot from my desktop. I clicked on it and nothing happens. Then, when I went to search on Google or Yahoo, I couldn't visit certain sites. I can't connect to Trend Micro to scan my computer. It says the server can't be reached. I think I'm infected but I don't know what to do. The only thing I did was remove AIM from my programs because I wasn't using it anymore. For awhile, every time I clicked on a search result from Yahoo or Google, it would go to a bogus site that wasn't the one I clicked on. But that has seemed to stop. This is really bugging me. Please help. :sad:
