I have a virus that makes the desktop icons and taskbar flash off and on and sometimes it stays off leaving just a blank screen meaning that dealing with this virus is a nightmare because i can't access anything. When i'm on the internet there is no taskbar at the bottom of the screen. When i do a scan it doesnt detect anything and even a scan in safe mode doesn't help.
