How I may update defintions/database on a comp without internet access

I am wondering how I might go about updating the definitions/database for a comp that doesn't have internet access. I have access to a comp with internet access, and can install the most recent version and update it with no problems. My problem is how do I transfer the updated definitions/database to a comp without internet access; to have it work just as well as if I had installed and updated the definitions/database on that comp without internet access?

Please download the update file (http://www.spybotupdates.com/updates/files/spybotsd_includes.exe) on another computer, copy these to a CD or USB stick and then install and run it on the computer without internet:
