help required : best bdsm porn and gay fetish on desktop

Hi All

I was trying to watch the film slumdog millionaire online and a message popped up asking me to download a codec to play the movie. Since then the problem started. There are two icons on my desktop ; 1- Best BDSM P0rn and 2 - gay fetish. Also, there is a no entry sign icon on startup icons ...every time I open the internet explorer, a message pops up on the far left top of laptop - next to explorer icon saying " halt attention ...some program are trying to access...clicl here to download spyware"..i havent done thart since i know it is a trap...

pls guys...help me...how can i remove this compltetly. i am using windows vista...
