Help removing Virtumonde and Smitfraud

I seem to be having the same issue as many others here with Virtumonde and Smitfraud. Spybot keeps finding multiple files on every scan and my windows automatic update is disabled as well. Here is my file, and thanks in advance for any help.

Using Windows Explore by right-clicking the Start button and left clicking Explore navigate to: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe
Right-click on HijackThis.exe & select Rename to ronin006.exe and post back a new Hijackthis log.
