can someone please help me get rid of haxdoor.e?

Hi I'm by no means an expert with getting rid of viruses but my spyware protection keeps telling me that it has found and blocked Haxdoor E every few minutes. Whenever I delete it from the spware screen it does not work and consistently reappears.

I have no idea what to do and would really appreciate some help asap.
