Hi been trying to fix a computer that has gotten exceptionnally slow at startup - dell lattitude - 2 gb ram 2.0 ghz dual processors, ~ 1.5 years old - takes about 10-15 minutes to startup - noticed in the spybot startup the following system.ini files are listed twice, except one set has the command line , one set doesn't - Is this good, bad , related? any help appreciated.
