Well, I was already being helped by Shaba with this problem, but I was gone for a few days from my computer. When I got back, I ram combofix on the infected computer, and it took an hour for combofix to load. When it loaded, nothing popped up. Now, I can't even open an application without waiting an hour for it to open. The thing is, is that when I went onto another user, everything opened and went fast, but it still had the virus. Do you want me to run a hjt scan for the user we already tried to fix, or the user with the virus?
