Hi,
I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my post. As the title mentions, I am having some serious Virtumonde problems and am not very sure where to start. I have read over some similar posts, but am not too familiar with the programs to which they refer, and am unable to keep my system from restarting long enough to download anything (I'm posting this from another computer due to the aforementioned problem). I do have AVG and Spybot installed on the infected system, but neither have been much help. I greatly appreciate any and all assistance you can possibly provide
