Smitfraud-c and Wild Tangent..please help!!!

Im having problem with my computer getting pop-ups constantly and that virtual memory low error when nothing is running..the spybot scan tells me i have wildtangent and smitfraud-c on my cpe...this is the Hi-jack this log file..please help..Thanks :)

Disable Spybot's TeaTimer. This is a two step process.

Spybot S&D's tea timer normally provides real-time protection from spyware, however it may interfere with what we need to do. We will disable it until the machine is clean when it can be re-enabled.

First step: Right-click the Spybot Icon in the System Tray (looks like a blue/white calendar with a padlock symbol)
If you have the new version 1.5, Click once on Resident Protection, then Right click the Spybot icon again and make sure Resident Protection is now Unchecked. The Spybot icon in the System tray should now be now colorless.
If you have Version 1.4, Click on Exit Spybot S&D Resident
Second step, For Either Version : Open Spybot S&D
Click Mode, choose Advanced Mode
Go To the bottom of the Vertical Panel on the Left, Click Tools
then, also in left panel, click Resident shows a red/white shield.
If your firewall raises a question, say OK
In the Resident protection status frame, Uncheck the box labeled Resident "Tea-Timer"(Protection of over-all system settings) active
OK any prompts.
Use File, Exit to terminate Spybot
Reboot your machine for the changes to take effect.

Don't forget to re-enable it, when your computer is clean.

Select the download that's appropriate for your Operating System

Download the file & save it as it's originally named, next to ComboFix.exe.

Now close all open windows and programs, including all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

Drag the setup package onto ComboFix.exe and drop it.
Follow the prompts to start ComboFix and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Recovery Console.
At the next prompt, click "NO" to exit as we don't want to run Combofix now.

it doesn't go all the way thru..i get a command prompt error...and then to be able to get back i have to release/renew my IP

the combofix stops at one of the stages and says ''C:\Windows\system32'' is not a valid command, executable file or batch file or something like that..

Can you look if there is any report?

Look in C:\Quoobox if any reports are stored there.

this is the only thing i can find....I'm not sure what those files are..i looked up how to remove wild tangent and it says to delete the core.cache and something else so maybe thats what that is..I dont know for sure...and when the combofix ran it changed my clock to military and didnt recover it..do u know how to change that back? i cant find it in the adjust time/date window

and when the combofix ran it changed my clock to military and didnt recover it..do u know how to change that back? i cant find it in the adjust time/date window

It's very important to disable your Anti-Virus before running CF-Script, if we want it to work.

How to disable your AVG8
Please open the AVG 8 Control Center, by right clicking on the AVG 8 icon on task bar.

Click on Tools.
Select Advanced.
In the left hand pane, scroll down to "Resident Shield".
In the main pane, deselect the option to "Enable Resident Shield."
Right-click again on the icon on your task bar if still there, and choose quit control center.

To re-enable AVG 8, please select "Enable Resident Shield" again, after Combofix reboots the pc.

AVG is off and its been off..the user interface says no active components, and the enable resident shield button is unchecked..i toggled it back on and then off to be sure

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php) to your desktop.

Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location.

Recently there have been vunerabilities detected in older versions of Adobe Reader. It is strongly suggested that you update to the current version. Adobe Reader 9.
You can download it from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
After installing the latest Adobe Reader, uninstall all previous versions.
If you already have Adobe Photoshop® Album Starter Edition installed or do not wish to have it installed UNcheck the box which says Also Download Adobe Photoshop® Album Starter Edition.

If you don't like Adobe Reader, you can download Foxit PDF Reader from here (http://www.filehippo.com/download_foxit/download/423817ca4028434efe3f6174b07468b0/FoxitReader30_enu_Setup.exe).
It's a much smaller file to download and uses a lot less resources than Adobe Reader.
Note: When installing FoxitReader, be carefull not to install anything to do with AskBar.)

Run Kaspersky Online AV Scanner
Note: Internet Explorer should be used.

Please go to Kaspersky website (http://www.kaspersky.com/kos/eng/partner/default/kavwebscan.html) and perform an online antivirus scan.
Read through the requirements and privacy statement and click on Accept button.
It will start downloading and installing the scanner and virus definitions. You will be prompted to install an application from Kaspersky. Click Run.
When the downloads have finished, click on Settings.
Make sure these boxes are checked (ticked). If they are not, please tick them and click on the Save button:
Spyware, Adware, Dialers, and other potentially dangerous programs
Archives
Mail databases
Click on My Computer under Scan and then put the kettle on!
Once the scan is complete, it will display the results. Click on View Scan Report.
You will see a list of infected items there. Click on Save Report As....
Save this report to a convenient place like your Desktop. Change the Files of type to Text file (.txt) before clicking on the Save button.
Copy and paste the report into your next reply along with a fresh HJT log and a description of how your PC is behaving.

I can't see any firewall in your HijackThis log, so i assume you use windows firewall.

FIREWALL
Without a firewall your computer is susceptible to being hacked and taken over. If you use the Windows Firewall you might think that's sufficient but it only controls one way of the traffic (inbound). Simply using a Firewall in its default configuration can lower your risk greatly. It's preferable to install one of the suggested firewalls.
Vista users, must check compatibility with Vista before installation.
