Tracking cookies! Help please t_t

Spybot Search and Destroy keeps detecting tracking cookies such as BlueStreak, DoubleClick, FastClick, and MediaPlex. I researched on their removals and found out that I should go to tools, internet options, and press "delete cookies" in Temporary Internet Files. However, this works for a few minutes. I did another scan and spybot detected tracking cookies again.

Are these serious problems? PLEASE help me. I have posted another thread before regarding this problem, but received no answer.

If you need a hijackthis log, please let me know.
