Hello there i read all the stuff i am supposed to do i have ran adaware SBSD, cwshredder. all updated and immunized..

i previously formatted due to "spy falcon" and being unable to get rid of it.*sigh* (i did save my mp3s and a few movies on a HDD that i didnt format.... in case that matters.) all windows updates / latest drivers 4 everything

its been 2 days PC is running great, cept i get IE popups when i startup STEAM (a lame must-have component to a game) I also get random popups while I am playing the game, and i dont even have any browser open.I didnt have this problem before so its bothering me. (game is counterstrike source)

i also run a registry change that speeds everything up by turning off most services. i have never had a prob with this.

my guess is i clicked on a no-no :D

here is HJT logfile:
