That said, All advice given by anyone volunteering here, is taken at your own risk.
While best efforts are made to assist in removing infections safely, unexpected stuff can happen.

Sorry for the delay but the forums are extremely busy. Please read the stickies in Before You Post and if you have not resolved this issue and still need assistance, disable the TeaTimer in Spybot Search and Destroy and post a new HJT log.


Do this first...Important

Disable the TeaTimer, leave it disabled until we're done or it will prevent fixes from taking

Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
On the left hand side, Click on Tools
Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
Restart your computer.<--You need to do this for it to take effect

Please do not proceed until the TeaTimer is disabled

Hi Ken545-

I adjusted the Mode to advanced and turned off TeaTimer to run the scan and remove the problems. Once I finished it said I had zero Virtumonde issues. The next day I had the same issues. I have tried multiple time to repeat the steps. I am not sure how to get rid of these issues. I am getting many pop-ups and at times the internet shuts down. Thanks.
