You seem to have multiple antivirus programs (Panda and Prodigy antivirus at least) running there. Decide which one you want to keep and uninstall other ones.

I have allready done changes of hjt, also copy and paste the log and run the combofix.

My question is the following: Combofix ended with the report, but the rest os the screen is all blue, how do i proceed with.
What should i do in order to see again hte desktop screen.

By the way, combofix did not reset the computer.

Well congrats, it appears your system is all clean Are you still noticing any problems? If not, it's time to secure your system to prevent against further intrusions.


THESE STEPS ARE VERY IMPORTANT

Let's reset system restore
Reset and Re-enable your System Restore to remove infected files that have been backed up by Windows. The files in System Restore are protected to prevent any programs changing those files. This is the only way to clean these files: You will lose all previous restore points which are likely to be infected. Please note you need Administrator Access to do clean the restore points.

1. Turn off System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

2. Reboot.

3. Turn ON System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
NOTE: only do this ONCE,NOT on a regular basis



Now lets uninstall ComboFix:

Click START then RUN
Now type Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK



UPDATING WINDOWS AND INTERNET EXPLORER

IMPORTANT: You Need to Update Windows and Internet Explorer to protect your computer from the malware that is around on the Internet. Please go to the windows update site (http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/) to get the critical updates.

If you are running Microsoft Office, or any portion thereof, go to the Microsoft's Office Update site and make sure you have at least all the critical updates installed (Free) Microsoft Office Update.


Make your Internet Explorer more secure

This can be done by following these simple instructions:
From within Internet Explorer click on the Tools menu and then click on Options.
Click once on the Security tab
Click once on the Internet icon so it becomes highlighted.
Click once on the Custom Level button.
Change the Download signed ActiveX controls to Prompt
Change the Download unsigned ActiveX controls to Disable
Change the Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe to Disable
Change the Installation of desktop items to Prompt
Change the Launching programs and files in an IFRAME to Prompt
Change the Navigate sub-frames across different domains to Prompt
When all these settings have been made, click on the OK button.
If it prompts you as to whether or not you want to save the settings, press the Yes button.
Next press the Apply button and then the OK to exit the Internet Properties page.

Spyware blaster is a program that stops known malicious activex controls from installing on your computer. It works by changing settings in your registry. It makes

Every version of windows has a hosts file as part of them. In a very basic sense, they are used to locate webpages. We can customize a hosts file so that it blocks certain webpages. However, it can slow down certain computers. This is why using a hosts file is optional!!

If you decide to download the hosts file, the slowdown problems can usually be avoided by following these steps:
Click the start button (at the lower left hand corner of your screen) Click run In the dialog box, type services.msc hit enter, then locate dns client Highlight it, then double-click it. On the dropdown box, change the setting from automatic to manual. Click ok

Use a Firewall - I can not stress how important it is that you use a Firewall on your computer. Without a firewall your computer is susceptible to being hacked and taken over. Simply using a Firewall in its default configuration can lower your risk greatly. For more info, check this (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial60.html) webpage out.
If you don't have a 3rd party firewall or a router behind NAT then I recommend getting one. I recommend either Online Armor Free (http://www.tallemu.com/free-firewall-protection-software.html) or Comodo Firewall Pro (http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/download_firewall.html#fw3.0) (If you choose Comodo: Uncheck during installation "Install Comodo SafeSurf..", Make Comodo my default search provider" and "Make Comodo Search my homepage" and install firewall ONLY!).



Just a final reminder for you. I am trying to stress these two points.
UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!!! Make sure you do this about every 1-2 weeks.
Make sure all of your security programs are up to date.
Visit Microsoft's Windows Update Site Frequently - It is important that you visit http://www.windowsupdate.com regularly. This will ensure your computer has always the latest security updates available installed on your computer. If there are new updates to install, install them immediately, reboot your computer, and revisit the site until there are no more critical updates.

No, it shouldn't start scanning again. Let's try a batch file (I assume you have ComboFix.exe file in c:\documents and settings\ANDRES\Escritorio folder)

Open notepad and then copy and paste the bolded lines below into it. Go to File > save as and name the file fixes.bat, change the Save as type to all files and save it to your desktop.

c:
cd\documents and settings\ANDRES\Escritorio
ComboFix /u

Double-click on fixes.bat file to execute it.

If that doesn't help delete present ComboFix.exe file and download it again to c:\documents and settings\ANDRES\Escritorio folder. Then try the batch again.

I have allready removed the combofix.exe with the batch you gave me.

The system has allready been restored.

The changes on making internet more secure i have allready made them.

The computer seems to be working in good and clean conditions.

For all of the above, thank you very much.

I would like to see if you can answer the following points:

1 i have panda antivirus (with the name of my internet provider [prodigy antuvirus] is this good

2 do i remove the installation of eset online scanner and hijack this going thru control panel, add remove programs.

3 in spybot s&d i have the sdhelper activated but not the ttimer, should i activate both, none or only one of them.

4 regarding the firewall, i have firewall from windows activated.

5 in internet explorer in the tab for help the in about internet explorer and in system information/ internet configuration/ cache/list of objects, i find three (3) java runtime environment 1.6.0 and one (1) java runtime nevironment 1.5.0 ? Could this be the cause that i can see java applets during internet browsing.


After all this i will proceed with the installations of windows update.

Some answers below :)

1. Haven't used Panda software myself but I believe it's ok.

2. Yes, you may remove those thru add/remove programs.

3. I've left that to user to decide. Use options that you feel comfortable there :)

4. Since firewall in XP doesn't monitor outgoing traffic it's recommended to use some 3rd party solution or hardware firewall (like router with NAT enabled).

5. Have you uninstalled all Java versions but Java 6 Update 11 in add/remove programs? If not please do so. I'm sorry but I didn't quite understand this sentence: "Could this be the cause that i can see java applets during internet browsing." Some sites use Java applets so that may be normal. What kind of Java applets you mean?

I HAVE UNINSTALLED ALL THE JAVA VERSIONS, AND THEN I INSTALLED THE LAST VERSION, BUT IF I RUN A TEST TO SEE IF THE JAVA IS WORKING I GET AN ANSWER THAT IS NOT WORKING AND ALSO I DON´T SEE THE dancing DUKE LOGO IMAGE ANIMATED.

What i really getting is in the bottom in the status bar, an icon that is (administrar complementos) that i think in english is manage add-ons.

One strange this is that this advice i am getting it when i use internet explorer starting in my account, but when i change to my sons account and access the same page no warning is dispayed in the bottom status bar and also i can complete the test for java.

I went to this page and on the top of the page it says plugin ok
but still not getting to perform correct the test in java site.

As i told you before, if i access the internet thru my sons acount the test performs correctly. So i think that i have two options:

Run internet thru my sons account or reinstall the latest version of internet explorer 7.

By the way, is it normal to take a long time to change from one account to another.


For the rest of whats been done i have not experienced any further problem.

In case that I download the latest version of IE do I have to un install the one that I have or just install the new one over.

It would be recommended to do clean install so uninstall present IE first if you're going to reinstall. Since this Java issue doesn't seem to be malware related and we deal that kind of issues here only I recommend you ask further help at http://forums.pcpitstop.com or http://forums.whatthetech.com for example if needed :)
