Right Media Regeneration

Hello all! I have had a couple problems recently which I can not resolve and was looking for some assistance. My spybot identifies and removes myway.mywebsearch and Right media only to have them regenerate the next time I reboot and run again. I have looked online for resolution but no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
