I turned my computer on yesterday morning and it told me my firewall was turned off strange i thought so i went to turn it back on and it wouldnt let me i try to use internet explorer and it just sits there and loads for a second then freezes i used spybot search and destroy and it told me i have a sumom.a wom/virus on my computer located in c:\windows\system32\p2p networking\ and spy bot cannot fix the problem i used another computer and got a sumom.s removal tool from symantec online and a few virus programs however the removal tool says that sumom.a (it is called something else on the tool but i forget) is not found on the computer, when i tried installing the anti virus software all of it needs to update before it can install and it never updates it freezes up when it gets to the update part what do i do?
