Every time I run Spybot, I get one item that comes up: MagicControl.Agent. I tell it to fix the problem and it says it does. Then when I run Spybot again, it comes up again. Here is the Spybot log:

Click the i accept button near the bottom of that page.
Download and run blacklite click > scan then > next, next again then exit
there will be a new txt near blacklite. post it please.
Important: If any files show Do not rename them YET.....legitimate files can be listed.

Slightly differant version
If you have mailskinner installed uninstall it.
Run blacklite scan and have it rename these files
C:\windows\system32\tygjzi.exe
c:\WINDOWS\system32\tygjzi.dat
c:\WINDOWS\system32\tygjzi_nav.dat
Blacklite will need to restart the pc, let it.

After the reboot manualy delete
C:\windows\system32\tygjzi.exe.ren

I did just as you said and scanned with Spybot and MagicControl.Agent did not show up in the list. Something new did, however. It said: Windows Security Center.AntiVirusDisableNotify. I didn't know if I should fix this problem so I didn't because it sounded like something I didn't want to mess with. I have posted my Spybot and HJT logs below. Thanks again for all your help. I really appreciate it.
