system restore dates blocked by virtumonde

I seem to have the virtumonde virus. Spybot finds it, removes it, but it doesn't go away. I tried to do a system restore, but it doesn't allow me to go to a date prior to this month. Somehow it is blocking all earlier restore dates. I've had this virus for about 3 weeks now.

I am not very computer literate but I'm hoping you can give me some suggestions that I might be able to try.
