Ok...so last night i got infected i went to remove it with spybot which always works for me. it scanned said everything was fixed I scaned a 2nd time just to make sure it was still there. So i shut my system off and figured i would fix it this morning but now i cant connect the infected computer to the internet nor will it let me use a flashdrive or boot anything off a CD any help at all?
