Adware popups

Hello all, I was browsing through and I found a topic about my problem

I have the exact same problem with the popups, at least the pop ups have the same IP address as the guy posted. I know ken545 helped solve it so I was wondering if he could tell me the fix to it, or anyone else. I didn't post logs because they didn't seem to help in that topic. Any help is appreciated and you have my cooperation! Thanks!
