Other User Profile Not Found after SD install

I recently upgraded to S&D 1.6. I ran a scan and immunized. Then the other user (my wife) on my XP computer tried to log in and got the scarry "user profile not found" message. (You know the one, where you log in with a generic profile and can't see your usual desktop, settings, docs, etc.)
I paniced a bit and ran the Windows (not SD) restore, which worked and everything was cool again.
I tried installing again, and this time did not run the scan. The other user still did not have a profile after the install. I restored to the earlier point.
Anyone have a similar experience?

Hello,

During the scan you can not access other user accounts.
After finishing the scan, please close Spybot completely and reboot your computer.
Then you will have access to your user accounts again.
