The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Popupper" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
This programs installs itself to several places on the computer and is always running in the background collecting information about the user's surfing habits.
Removal Instructions:

Autorun:

Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd), RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.

Entries named "sixtysix" and pointing to "<$WINDIR>\sixtypopsix.exe".
Entries named "popuppers64" and pointing to "*\a64sddd.exe".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$WINDIR>\myaccess.dll".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\myaccess.dll".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\affbun.txt".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\sixtypopsix.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\usta32.ini".
A file with an unknown location named "mmbun.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\a64sddd.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\mm63.ocx".
The file at "c:\mmxsitessc.exe".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Popupper uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "Popupper.PopUp", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "{FA79FA22-8DB3-43D1-997B-6DBFD8845569}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{8522FD29-4D5F-4377-B4D6-B832954A7932}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{ECE19BAA-A2B5-4E77-9197-574B9873718C}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{FA79FA22-8DB3-43D1-997B-6DBFD8845569}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
If Popupper uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
